Our private sector Assocations are here to ensure an independent forum where potential visitors can be confident of accessing reliable, licenced and registered operators.

Our member Operators are required to be legally registered with the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority, hold Public Liability insurance and adequate financial backing. They must employ only registered, licenced Couriers, Professional Guides, or Hunters. These professionals have undergone a series of examinations under the National Parks Authority, and a two year apprenticeship under the guidance of a Full Licenced Professional.

We therefore strongly recommend that potential visitors to Zimbabwe book only with those Operators who are members of these Associations.

Zimbabwe offers an amazing wildlife experience to tourists, starting from the unique and famous Victoria Falls and the great Zambezi River which runs into Lake Kariba, where houseboats and island lodges await the visitors pleasure. Hwange game park, the Great Zimbabwe ruins and the Eastern Highlands all offer different experiences to visitors. Whitewater rafting, canoeing, horseback and foot trails, birding and fishing, provide activities to suit every taste.
